Shipping Policy

Free Delivery on Every Order At Krease, we offer free shipping on all orders across South Africa — no minimum spend required.

Delivery Timeframe All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door and typically arrive within 8–11 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the Aramex website at www.aramex.com.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Aramex Store-to-Door delivers to your door — no collection required. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

Delays While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high demand periods, weather, or courier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact us at support@krease.co.za and we will follow up immediately.
